In June, I spent a week meeting up with a team of young Dominicans who devote themselves to preventing childhood sexual abuse. Preventing this atrocity eventually helps lower the percentage of human trafficking. What a great work they do!!
Learned there isn't a religiously affiliated nor NGO working with those affected by HIV in a northern province of the island.
Loads of work to do!!
Must say I did enjoy a few hours in the Caribbean water.
